Tony Long. Our founder.

With over 31 years experience, Tony Long is an expert financial advisor.

Together with his team of professional financial advisors, he takes time to get to know his clients, understand their circumstances to enable Finance Matters to help them to achieve their financial goals. Tony and the team take great pride in the quality of the service they offer.

Mark O’Kelly. Administrator.

Mark has over 7 years experience in the customer service roles in retail, hospitality and service sectors. His more recent roles also included sales and credit control. He has developed strong customer relationship skills, understanding the importance of focussing on the client’s needs.

Mark is currently studying towards a Qualified Financial Advisor as well as undertaking a BA degree in Insurance Practice with IT Sligo.

Adrienne Wynne. Company Secretary.

Adrienne has over 30 years experience in financial services, with over 14 years at senior management level. Her roles have included responsibility for leading  compliance, risk management and assurance for a range of products, delivery channels and jurisdictions.

Adrienne has a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Qualified Financial Advisor, has a Professional Certificate in Risk from the Institute of Banking, is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional and achieved an Advanced Diploma from King’s Inns.

Lisa Dixon. Compliance officer.

Lisa has spent more than 26 years’ in the Life and Pensions business. She began her career in New Ireland Assurance where she worked in various roles. In this time, she gained valuable experience plus a vast amount of knowledge across all areas on Assurance business.

In recent years Lisa moved to the broker market expanding her knowledge across all product providers. She is qualified as an APA in Pensions with the LIA. Lisa also holds a Management Diploma through the IMI.
